Ohiofarmgirl's Adventures in The Good Land is largely a fish out of water tale about how I eventually found my footing on a small farm in an Amish town. We are a mostly organic, somewhat self sufficient, sustainable farm in Ohio. There's action and adventure and I'll always tell you the truth about farming.

Free Advice

Here's some free advice for ya.....

If, after unloading a ton of gravel each for two days in a row....then pulling huge weeds all afternoon..... don't mash and pack sauerkraut all afternoon. It just makes your arms hurt. I can't even type today.

So here is some Friday cute - my two curly tailed pups being very very good.  By the way... we took Zander to the vet earlier this week. That little lump on the floor weighs 18 pounds. He's gonna be a king-sized dog for sure.

Happy Friday everyone!

Now there is a full body workout...who needs the gym when they have truck loads of gravel to heave, weeds to pull, and sauerkraut to pound.

18 pounds...wow, he is going to be a monster.

A pain reliever, a nice adult beverage and a massage from the Big Guy should help!

So CUTE!

That was a lot to get done in one day!

I think my brain just melted from the cuteness. If you take some Advil and perhaps wash it down with some Patron, I guarantee you your shoulders won't even bother you anymore:)

hi Tina - we love all the cuteness. Kai is so glad we got HER a puppy!

Sonja.. aint that right.
;-)

Coco - the only problem is that he's getting bigger! and he's still afraid of the stairs. my arms are gonna look like Popeye's in a couple weeks!

Thanks Mary Ann - we are laughing alot at their similarities. They have many of the same behaviors and gestures.
