Ham-scape
We got our hams back from being cured and smoked. Could anything be more beautiful?
More tomorrow... I got me some ham to fry up in a pan......
btw, we were just at the store and we saw some ham steaks about the size of ours (we had the butcher cut one of the hams for us)... they were $13. Is it worth it? Oh yes... its worth it.

We are all about the ham 'round here. Bacon I can do without but ham is a daily necessity!

I know you can't wear a hat today :o) If I had grown that ham I'd be swollen up too! Glad I at least found a ham and won't be too jealous. I'd like to see a picture of a slice you are about to fry...Just finished watching the 1900 house, and darn it she had some chickens..

I liked the Mo-scape, but that ham-scape is a beauty to behold. Shame you can't put smells on your blog... On second thoughts thinking of some of the stable pics you show maybe that's a good thing.
yes, Heiko there are some thing you just dont want to smell.. but this ham... oh golly!
You know, I think that perhaps one of the reasons that we don't eat hardly any meat is because I never got over how good the home grown kind is. If I aint eating my own I aint eating any of it.:)
Mr. H, if you could smell my kitchen right now you'd be drooling for sure.
