Ohiofarmgirl's Adventures in The Good Land is largely a fish out of water tale about how I eventually found my footing on a small farm in an Amish town. We are a mostly organic, somewhat self sufficient, sustainable farm in Ohio. There's action and adventure and I'll always tell you the truth about farming.

Snow is here

Pups love snow...

so do big dogs...but pups love it more especially eating the first snowflakes.

Geese are unconcerned and continue with their nautical maneuvers as if nothing has changed.

Pig says that the bacon is almost ready.

And that's our first snow day. Happy Wednesday everyone

Would it be weird to drive all the way to Ohio just to snuggle that puppy and teach it to chase snowballs?

Thanks Mr. H! Our pup is the business! She's very cute and we love her bounciness and hap-hap-happiness!

We woke up to a light dusting this morning, but it's all gone now. I'm hoping for a white Christmas!
